1. Who I am

Better Call Youcef is run by Youcef, based in the UK. I am the person responsible for your data.

2. What I collect

Only what you type into the free business check-up form on this website:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your business name
• Your type of business
• Your country
• What you want help with
• Where you promote your business
• How many hours a week you spend on marketing
• How you use AI
• An optional website or Instagram link
• An optional description of your problem

Your language choice is saved in your own browser so the site opens in the language you picked. This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics or tracking.

3. Why I use it and my legal basis

To read your answers and reply to you by email with a short check-up. My legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

4. Who sees it

Only me. The site and the stored answers are hosted on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.), which processes data for me. I do not sell your data and I do not share it for advertising.

5. How long I keep it

Up to 12 months, unless you ask me to delete it sooner. After that I delete it.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, or restrict or object to its use, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Message me on Instagram as above.

You can also complain to a data protection authority:

• If you are in Italy, to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it)
• If you are in Algeria, to the national data protection authority (ANPDP)
